We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling laptops and desktops to individual and corporate clients. This role involves lead generation, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, field visits, and online channels
Demonstrate and present laptop and desktop products to clients
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate computer solutions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities
Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records
Proven experience in sales, preferably in IT hardware (laptops, desktops, or related products)
Strong understanding of laptops, desktops, and their specifications
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
